We’ve got some answers to the most common questions about Campgrounds at Mantalongon. Check them out below!

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. 50% refund from the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE for cancellations made at least 15 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations made within 14 days of check in.

Rebooking made 15 days prior to the date of check in is penalty free however subject to additional charges based on the current season rate. The higher rate will apply. (example: reschedule from a weekday to weekend or holiday).

Rebooking made 14 days prior to the date of check in is not allowed. All payments are non-refundable.

  • Booking confirmation, together with your booking details, will be emailed to the email address provided 1–2 days before your check-in date. Kindly present your booking details (soft copy is acceptable) upon check-in.
  • Please present valid ID upon check-in.

Breakfast is provided complimentary based on the number of pax checking in. Kindly place your order upon check-in. The menu can be found on our Facebook page.

Breakfast is not included for Basic and Luxury Car Campers.

Payment for additional meals shall be collected at the property.

Pets are allowed (maximum of 2 small pets), subject to a pet fee.

For guests staying in our Glamping Villa, Suites, or Camper Van, a corkage fee will apply. Campers from basic camping or luxury car camping are exempt.

The corkage fee will be based on the menu available on site.

4–12 years old: 250 PHP per head
13 years old & above: 500 PHP per head (Consumable 250 PHP)

Day use facilities can only be accessed from 8:00AM to 5:00PM only.

The most convenient way of getting to Campgrounds is by private vehicle, preferably a Van or SUV.

If you would like to commute, take a bus going to Dalaguete Town Proper. When you get down in Dalaguete Town proper, you will need to ride a habal habal / motorcycle. The cost of that is around P150 per head (price might change without prior notice). It will take about 10km from Town Proper to Campgrounds. Most drivers already know where our property is.

DO NOT USE WAZE.

We can allow up to 2 trained pets per room and are subject to a pet fee of P250/pet for small-medium pets. Pets are required to wear diapers all the time and proper disposal of diapers. Pets are not allowed to loiter without supervision and must be leashed always. Please ensure to clean up every after mess made within the property.

We are using two internet service providers to ensure reliable and robust connectivity. The details of each connection are as follows:

  1. CCTN: This connection offers a speed of 100 Mbps. It is well-suited for general browsing, streaming, and other routine online activities.
  2. Starlink: With a speed approximately average of 200 mbps, this connection is ideal for bandwidth-intensive tasks.


Considering the mountain location, any internet disruption is beyond our control.

For mobile or cellular signal, we would say it works, but not with the same stability you can get as in the city.

Campgrounds transportation service (must be booked at least a week before the stay date).

Rate from Cebu City/Mandaue City/Lapu-Lapu to Campgrounds and vise versa:

  • Hi-Ace Van maximum of 11pax (7pax only if w/luggage’s): P6,000 one way
  • Innova maximum of 7pax (4pax only if w/luggage’s): P5,000 one way
  • Campgrounds to OSLOB- 4,000
  • Campgrounds to ARGAO- 4,000
  • Campgrounds to MOALBOAL- 4,000
  • Campgrounds to KAWASAN- 4,000
  • Campgrounds to 7/11-1,500
